The Gruyere District Cricket Club is structured similarly to most other incorporated cricket clubs in the Yarra Valley.
The committee consists of;
1.President,
2.Vice President
3.Secretary
4.Treasurer
5.and either 3 or 5 general committee members.
(In addition, there are other specific members called on occasionally to assist us in special projects such as fundraising, junior coaching etc.)
The club has its Annual General Meeting in June or July.
Furthermore it has a Constitution which provides the basic rules for the club. It details the name, objects, methods of management and other conditions under which our club operates.

Liquor Licensing laws and the Responsible serving of Alcohol (external)
Smoke Free Area policy (external)
Food Handling policy (external)
Players Code of Conduct policy (internal).
